We love natural jewelry!

Our name already reveals this: “Fleur” means flower in French and “Coeur” means heart. On the one hand, this symbolizes that we carry nature in our hearts and, on the other hand, it means that all of our jewelry and our accessories are made with a lot of love. But our pieces of jewelry themselves are a declaration of love to nature. That – at least we hope – you can tell just by looking at them a little more closely. Because a large number of them are inspired by nature - in all the facets in which we can encounter it. For example, through filigree jewelry in the form of delicate flowers such as small flowers in the ear studs.But we also use leaves and fruits as natural jewelry, such as the ginkgo leaf necklace or the pine cone necklace - both of which are two of your absolute favorites from our range. Trees are also a great source of inspiration for new pieces of jewelry for us, which is why they appear again and again in our collection in various forms. For example, in a classic way as a complete element in the Habitat necklace, or cheerfully playful as in the Palmi bracelet, or even just partially in the shape of a branch as in the Branchy II necklace. But elements from the animal kingdom can also be found in our collection, such as the whale fin necklace, the Tigrea necklace or the Bee ear studs. But higher-level elements from nature are also incorporated into our pieces of jewelry, such as the themes of water and waves as in the Oana necklace, or winter and snow as in the snowflake ear studs, but also other elements such as honeycombs as in the honeycomb ring or shells as in the Shelly ear studs. Our passion for fruits, on the other hand, is reflected, for example, in our Pineapple Coin bracelet or the Little Apple II necklace. But how does a piece of jewelry at Fleuriscoeur actually come into being?

We love to be inspired by the beauty of nature. On our walks and travels we constantly collect new impressions that we can incorporate into our collections. These can be very different things: beautiful leaves on a tree, the rolling waves on a stormy day - or just a fascinating wildflower on the side of the path. We firmly believe that nature offers us a variety of forms of unique beauty - we just have to walk through the world with our eyes and hearts open to see them. We try to capture our impressions in photos or - if possible - take them directly to our studio. It's not uncommon for us to come home from our walks loaded like Little Red Riding Hoods with a potpourri of beechnuts, pine cones, leaves or mushrooms. From there we select the most beautiful things and make the first drawings. We then determine how big the piece of jewelry should be in the end. Should it catch the eye or be small and delicate? For example, in order for our necklace pendants and earrings to appear beautifully delicate, we often have to significantly reduce the size of the natural elements. If we are satisfied with our design “on the drawing board” and have decided on a design, we create a 3D model from our drawing. On the one hand, the plastic form is another tool that allows us to visualize the end product even better, and on the other hand, it creates the mold for the finished parts. These are cast in brass or silver and then, depending on the version, covered with a layer of gold. Et voilà: A new piece of jewelry has found its way into our Fleuriscoeur family. Because we select and produce every single piece with great care and pay attention to detail, we are proud of every single piece of jewelry in our collection. Every pendant, every chain or every earring has its own story. We are very happy about that - and incredibly proud!

Our passion for nature

Fleuriscoeur is a classic family business, founded as a mother-daughter team made up of mother (Marion) and daughter (Jacky). For this reason, our work is much more to us than “just” our work. It is a project close to our hearts, our “baby”. It's like an additional family member into which we invest a lot of time, energy and an incredible amount of passion. Nature has always been an important part of our lives. We have always spent a lot of time “outside” and integrated it into many different areas of our everyday lives. We often went on long, extensive walks in the nearby forest with our dog Snoopy, went mushroom-picking every fall, and grew many different herbs in our garden. Another hobby of ours is traveling. We love discovering the world together and getting to know new regions and cultures. We were particularly inspired and impressed by the landscape on our trip to Norway. For us it is one of the most spectacular and beautiful landscapes we have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. Bizarre mountain ranges partly covered in snow, deep, dark fjords, beautiful lakes and lush forests characterize this impressive region. We look forward to getting to know more countries and their nature in the future and are sure that these impressions will also be incorporated into future collections.
