Shipping to: Germany:

We offer free shipping within Germany.

The delivery time for shipping in Germany is 3 - 5 working days.

Shipping International:

International shipping costs 5.80 euros.

Free international shipping for orders over 150 euros.

The delivery time for international shipping is 7 - 20 working days.

For customers from Switzerland: Please note that customs duties may be due, which often have to be paid upon delivery of the package.

We make returns easier

We have gotten rid of paper return receipts. The following link will take you to our returns portal, where you can process your return online using your order number and email .

You can easily register your return in the returns portal.

For shipments with a value over €39.95 you will receive a DHL label here. This will be deducted from your refund at €5.49.

For small shipments with a value of less than 39.95 or stationery up to A4

you can also register the revocation via the portal. Please send the items independently with a 1.60 stamp to:

Our returns policy

You can return items to us within 14 days. As soon as we have received your return, you will receive an email confirming receipt of the return. After checking the return, the corresponding amount will be refunded (minus EUR 5.49 for return shipping if you have created a label via our portal) - according to the payment method you chose. Our delivery time to Germany is 3-5 days. Internationally it takes 5-9 days.


3. How does a return work?

You can easily register your return online using our returns portal without having to fill out the annoying paper. For shipments over 45 euros from Germany, you can also have a return label created.

4. Where are the jewelry made?

All parts and materials used for this piece of jewelry come from certified manufacturers in Italy, England, Thailand and India.

This means, among other things:

Your piece of silver jewelry is waterproof. However, you should not let it come into contact with chemicals such as cleaning products or pool water. To prevent oxidation, it is best to store your piece of jewelry in the bag provided. If your piece of jewelry does tarnish, you can simply clean it again with a soft toothbrush and a little mild soap.

Caring for gold-plated jewelry

Your piece of silver jewelry is gold-plated with high quality, but you should not let it come into contact with water and chemicals such as cleaning products or perfume. To prevent oxidation, it is best to store your piece of jewelry in the bag provided. Then you will enjoy your piece of jewelry for many years.
